Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on e-commerce.
• Proven experience managing SEO, SEM, and paid social campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and CRO.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office-based team environment in Stellenbosch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for our e-commerce website.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
• Create and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote products.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Monitor and report on key digital marketing KPIs, including conversion rates, CPA, and ROI.
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling product descriptions and marketing copy.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
