Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in digital marketing and growth management, with e-commerce focus.
• Proven track record in driving customer acquisition, revenue and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value for the e-commerce platform.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other relevant platforms to achieve ROI targets.
• Oversee the SEO strategy, ensuring high search engine visibility and organic traffic growth.
• Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and lifecycle marketing.
• Manage and expand affiliate and partnership marketing programs.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Conduct A/B testing and other optimization experiments to improve conversion rates across the website and marketing funnels.
• Collaborate with product, creative, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful campaign execution.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign performance.
