Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Senior Performance Marketing Manager for our Durban team. You will drive customer acquisition and revenue through strategic management of paid digital channels, including search, social, display, and affiliates.

You will lead data-driven campaigns, optimise ROAS, and collaborate with content, design, and dev teams to deliver seamless experiences. A strong track record in paid acquisition and CRO is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on performance marketing experience, focusing on paid digital channels.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns with demonstrable results.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
• Strong analytics skills with Google Analytics, data visualisation tools, and advanced Excel functions.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus.
• Excellent CRO understanding and data-driven decision making.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to achieve customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales.
• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and budget allocation to maximise ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyse CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and identify areas for improvement.
• A/B test creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance effectiveness.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure seamless execution and optimal user experience.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
