Placements24 is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior E-commerce Growth Hacker in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, to lead rapid user acquisition and revenue expansion. You will drive data-driven experiments across SEO, SEM, social, email, and content, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to embed growth into core operations.

The role requires 5+ years in growth or performance marketing for ecommerce, strong analytics skills (GA, SQL, Python), and a track record of measuring

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related analytical role, with a significant focus on e-commerce.
• Demonstrated success in driving significant user acquisition and revenue growth through experimentation and data-driven strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Python, A/B testing platforms).
• Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and their interplay.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup-like environment within a larger organization in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal.

Mansioni

• Design and execute data-driven growth experiments across all relevant channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Referral Programs, etc.).
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and customer lifetime value to identify key areas for growth optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition, activation, retention, and referral rates.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate growth initiatives into the core business operations.
• Utilize A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of growth strategies.
• Monitor key growth metrics and provide regular reports on progress, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
• Stay abreast of emerging growth hacking techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
• Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack to support growth initiatives.
• Identify and test new channels and platforms for customer acquisition and engagement.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the growth team.
