Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to join a fully remote sales team in the cybersecurity space. You will drive outbound prospecting, qualify enterprise leads, and set up introductory meetings for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a BDR/SDR or similar outbound sales role.
• Proven track record of exceeding lead-gen targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to identify and qualify potential enterprise clients.
• Research target accounts and key contacts to understand business needs and challenges related to cybersecurity.
• Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to generate interest and secure initial meetings.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide context.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and meetings booked.
• Utilize CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach) to manage activities and track progress.
• Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity trends, competitive offerings, and best practices in lead generation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing BDR process improvements.
• Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on prospect engagement and market intelligence.
