Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years in case management or social services.
• Experience supervising or mentoring staff.
• Strong knowledge of social services, local resources, and relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs and provide intensive case management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, providing intensive case management services.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management, social work, or a similar human services role.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising or mentoring staff.
• In-depth knowledge of social services, community resources, and relevant legislation in Gauteng.
• Exceptional assessment, intervention, and crisis management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document effectively.
• Proficiency in using case management software and other relevant technology.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for fieldwork in Gauteng.
