Job summary

Freerecruit in Cape Town is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team, manage customer enquiries and help maximise hotel revenue.

You will assist with hotel reservations for FITs, groups and conferences, prepare rate proposals and follow up on opportunities, and maintain accurate customer databases for reporting and MIS.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree from a reputable hotel school.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of OPERA.
• A professional, proactive and positive approach.
