Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish effective customer relationships and handle enquiries and requests.
• Assist the Sales Team by making reservations for FITs / groups / conferences and preparing rate proposals.
• Handle non-residential conference queries and ensure enhanced business.
• Assist with efficient administration and maintain the customer database.
• Maintain an accurate system for recording key data and documentation.
• Assist with MIS and departmental reports for Revenue leadership.
