Job summary

Bushwise is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide vital support to the Sales & Marketing team in Cape Town. You will handle customer enquiries, assist with hotel reservations for FITs, groups and conferences, and prepare rate proposals to maximise hotel revenue.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, supporting admin and MIS reporting, and managing sales materials. Fluency in English and strong administrative skills are essential, with MS Office and OPERA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree from a reputable hotel school.
• 1+ year experience in a similar Sales/Reservations role.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and OPERA software.
