Placements24 is seeking a motivated Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in a Soweto, Gauteng location. You will drive sales, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining store standards.

You will oversee inventory, scheduling, and POS operations, aiming to exceed sales targets and develop the team for future advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
