Qualifications

• A Grade 12 qualification
• A minimum of 3 years retail or admin experience

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with stock take and store administration
• Monitor and analyse stock movement within the store
• Implement risk management procedures to mitigate stock losses
• Ensure compliance of all administration, systems and reporting procedures
• Extract store reports to analyse turnover and stock performance
• Organise and maintain in-store filing systems
• Process customer transactions via POS and maintain cash controls
• Uphold in-store safety and security procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers
• Support merchandising and daily housekeeping procedures
