Job summary

TFG Limited is seeking a dedicated Store Administrator for an on-site role in Gauteng. You will support the Store manager with stock takes, admin tasks, and reporting, while delivering excellent service to customers and promoting loyalty programs.

The role requires strong organisation, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for fashion. You will monitor stock movement, ensure procedures are followed, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail or admin experience.
• Good administration ability and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service mindset with sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store manager with stock take and store administration.
• Monitor and analyse stock movement within the store.
• Implement risk management procedures to mitigate losses.
• Ensure compliance of administration, systems and reporting procedures.
• Extract store reports to analyse turnover and stock performance.
• Handle customer transactions and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain in-store filing systems and housekeep merchandising standards.
• Work within a team to meet sales targets and store objectives.
• Stay aligned with fashion trends and provide product knowledge.
