Job summary

TFG (The Foschini Group) is seeking an organised Store Administrator to support stock control and store operations in Gauteng. You will assist the Store Manager with stock takes, analyse stock movement, and help implement risk controls to reduce shrinkage.

You will ensure accurate administration, generate reports, and maintain organised filing. A focus on customer service, loyalty programs, and efficient POS processing will be essential for meeting sales targets and delivering great customer

Qualifications

• A Grade 12 qualification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years retail or administrative experience.
• Must stay in sync with the latest fashion trends.
• Passion for excellent customer service in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with stock take and store administration.
• Monitor and analyse stock movement within the store.
• Implement risk management procedures to mitigate losses and shrinkage.
• Ensure compliance of administration, systems and reporting procedures.
• Extract store reports to analyse turnover and stock performance.
• Present information to the Store Manager and maintain filing systems.
• Process customer transactions via POS and promote loyalty programs.
• Contribute to store objectives and team selling efforts.
