• Restaurant/Fast-Food service experience is required.
• GAAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong management and leadership abilities are essential.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Customer service excellence and clear verbal communication are required.
• Good problem-solving capabilities and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the restaurant/take-away.
• Ensure quality food and adherence to COMPANY'S SOPs.
• Manage stock control, purchasing and supplier orders.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain service levels.
• Maximise profitability and meet sales and gross profit targets, motivating staff.
• Manage staff, including discipline and rosters.
• Work within a team to drive the store forward.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and daily opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Lead marketing activities to promote the store and promotions.
• Manage customer service relations and timely handling of complaints.
• Provide people management through staff training and regular meetings.
• Lead recruitment and selection to build productivity.
• Conduct performance evaluations for staff.
