Qualifications

• Restaurant and fast-food service experience required; minimum 3 years.
• GAAP experience and knowledge – advantageous.
• Strong management, organizational, customer service and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing overall operation of the restaurant and take-away.
• Ensuring quality standards of food and COMPANY'S SOPs are maintained.
• Overseeing stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Handling customer complaints and maintaining service levels.
• Maximising profitability and meeting sales targets, including staff motivation.
• Managing staff, discipline and rosters.
• Team collaboration to drive the restaurant forward.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conducting daily opening and closing procedures.
• Conducting marketing activities and promotions at the store
• Managing customer service relations and timely handling of complaints
• Providing training programmes for staff development and regular staff meetings
• Recruiting and monitoring team performance to increase productivity and profitability
