The role concentrates on managing food quality, stock control, staff performance, and compliant health and safety practices while achieving profitability targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years restaurant and fast-food service management experience.
• GAAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing overall operation of the restaurant/take-away.
• Ensuring food quality and SOP adherence.
• Overseeing stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Handling customer complaints and maintaining service levels.
• Maximising profitability and meeting sales targets; motivate staff.
• Managing staff, discipline and rosters.
• Fostering teamwork and driving store forward.
