Qualifications

• Restaurant and Fast-Food Service experience (minimum 3 years).
• GAAP experience and knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing overall operation of the restaurant/take-away.
• Maintain quality standards per SOPs.
• Oversee stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain service levels.
• Maximize profitability and meet sales/GP% targets; motivate staff.
• Manage staff, discipline and rosters.
• Collaborate within a team to drive the store forward.
• Ensure health and safety regulations compliance.
• Ensure daily opening and closing procedures.
• Lead marketing activities to promote the store.
• Manage customer service relations and timely complaint handling.
• Staff development through training and meetings.
• Recruitment and performance monitoring of the team.
• Evaluate staff performance.
