Placements24 is seeking a proactive Resourcing Consultant to join our client in Upington. You will identify and attract high-quality candidates to meet diverse client needs, manage candidate pipelines, and conduct initial screenings to ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, HR, or related field is advantageous.

• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates engaging with our client.
• Assist recruitment consultants with market research and talent mapping initiatives.
