Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Resourcing Consultant to join our client in Upington. You will identify and attract high-quality candidates to meet diverse client needs, manage candidate pipelines, and conduct initial screenings to ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

This role offers a hybrid work model with a competitive starting salary, plus training and development support to help you grow in recruitment across the Northern Cape region.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, HR, or related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using online job boards, social media, and networking strategies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and ATS.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates engaging with our client.
• Assist recruitment consultants with market research and talent mapping initiatives.
