Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update candidate records accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Schedule interviews for candidates with recruitment consultants or hiring managers.
• Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in developing and expanding candidate talent pools for frequently recruited roles.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand immediate and upcoming hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the initial engagement.

Requirements
