Placements24 is seeking a motivated Resourcer to support their team in Rustenburg. This fully remote role focuses on identifying and attracting top-tier candidates across diverse industries, building a strong candidate pipeline and collaborating with Recruitment Consultants.

The position offers significant flexibility, exposure to multiple client briefs in the North West region, and opportunities for training and development within the recruitment field.

Qualifications

• Experience in resourcing or candidate sourcing, preferably in recruitment.
• Proficiency in using online recruitment platforms and social media for candidate engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using online job boards, social media, networks, and databases.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess suitability and interest.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand candidate needs and delivery requirements.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications through early recruitment stages.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
