Remote Recruitment is seeking a skilled Recruitment Resourcer / 180 Recruiter for a fully remote role based in South Africa. You will source candidates, screen them, and manage talent pipelines to meet client vacancies.

Ideal candidates have proven experience in recruitment resourcing, strong sourcing skills (including Boolean searches), and excellent English communication. Proficiency with ATS and recruitment databases is required, along with the ability to work independently in a remote

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Candidate Manager, or 180 Recruiter.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills and proficiency in using boolean search strings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancy searches simultaneously.
• Self-discipline and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Our client is an established recruitment consultancy looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer / 180 Recruiter to join their team. This is a full-time, fully remote role based in South Africa, focused on candidate sourcing, screening, and talent pipeline management.

What you will do

• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

What we are looking for

What is on offer

• Salary: R18 000 - R25 000 per month, depending on experience.
• Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, standard South African business hours).
