Placements24 is seeking a proactive HR Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Soweto-based operations. You will source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and extend offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in recruitment, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Psychology, strong sourcing skills, and proficiency with ATS and HRIS. This remote-friendly role offers flexibility and growth within Gauteng.

About the Role

This role is essential for attracting and securing top talent to meet the company's growth objectives. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, understands the talent market, and is dedicated to building a strong talent pipeline in Gauteng .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency.
• Proven ability to source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong understanding of the South African job market and recruitment best practices.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
