Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead technology recruitment on a fully remote basis within South Africa. You will own the technology vertical, sourcing top talent for senior and niche roles across a diverse international client base.

The role offers autonomy and exposure to remote-first processes. You will leverage ATS/CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter to build pipelines, conduct rigorous assessments, and advise clients on market compensation trends.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with focus on technology sector.
• Strong track record recruiting for senior and niche tech roles (e.g., Full Stack, DevOps, AI/ML).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management, especially in remote settings.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume technology roles, including senior/niche positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and conduct interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks.
• Build consultative relationships with clients, understand business needs, provide market intel and best practices.
• Collaborate with remote colleagues globally to share insights and ensure a smooth candidate journey.
