Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a fully remote team serving clients in Polokwane and beyond. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for IT and tech roles, from client brief to candidate sourcing, interviewing and placement.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of IT recruitment experience, deep tech knowledge and exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills to operate effectively remotely.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of IT/tech recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to place candidates in niche tech roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/tech roles, from brief to placement.
• Develop client relationships and provide talent acquisition strategies.
• Source, screen and interview technical candidates using advanced techniques.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on tech trends and market intelligence for strategic insights.
• Pursue new client opportunities remotely to contribute to business growth.
