• Minimum 5 years in technical recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or agency.
• Experience sourcing for software development, cloud, data science, cybersecurity, and IT infra.
• Excellent communication with technical candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment software.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates for technical roles using advanced search techniques and social networks.
• Conduct in-depth screening calls and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, culture fit, and motivations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, team dynamics, and strategic objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional experience.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract niche technical skills and build pipelines for current and future needs.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize processes.
• Stay abreast of market trends and emerging technologies within the technical recruitment space.
• Collaborate with team members to share market intelligence and best practices.
