Placements24 is seeking a talented Remote Recruitment Specialist to join their fully remote team. You will source and place top talent within the Tech and Digital sectors across South Africa, leveraging advanced recruitment tools and a candidate-centric approach from a fully remote setting.

You will manage the full lifecycle for technical roles, build strong relationships with hiring managers, stay ahead of industry trends, and contribute to employer branding and best practices in remote

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in Technology or Digital roles.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates across software development, data science, cybersecurity, product management and digital marketing.
• Experience using various recruitment platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience working remotely within a distributed team is highly advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and digital roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through online channels, social media, and networks.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture.
• Utilize advanced search techniques and recruitment tools to attract niche talent.
• Conduct candidate assessments for technical skills, culture fit, and career goals.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging talent pools in tech.
• Contribute to employer branding and remote recruitment best practices.
