Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to lead a new remote-first function. This fully remote role focuses on technology roles across sectors, delivering end-to-end recruitment for clients nationwide in South Africa.

You will source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers with candidates, build client relationships digitally, and contribute to a high-performance, autonomous virtual team culture with strong commission potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology recruitment or tech-focused staffing.
• Proven success sourcing and placing technical candidates remotely.
• Strong virtual communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and remote interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for technology roles.
• Develop and implement remote sourcing strategies for tech talent.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates virtually; ensure high candidate experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through digital channels.
• Manage candidate pipelines using CRM and recruitment platforms.
• Negotiate offers and support remote onboarding processes.
• Achieve recruitment targets in a remote setting.
• Collaborate with remote team members and leadership.
• Stay updated on tech trends and recruitment best practices.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and systems.
