Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Recruitment Specialist to join a fully remote team focused on technology talent across South Africa and beyond. You will own the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, sourcing top candidates and guiding them through interviews, offers, and onboarding.

You'll leverage advanced sourcing strategies on LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks, while collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs, timelines, and culture fit in a fast-paced,

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of technology recruitment experience.
• Proven success filling a range of technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of technology stacks and IT domains.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Excellent interviewing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple requisitions remotely.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and autonomous.
• Home office with reliable high-speed internet.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus.
