Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Recruitment Consultant with a strong technology focus to join our team. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in South Africa, sourcing top-tier tech talent for diverse clients.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, leveraging remote engagement and digital channels to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience with a focus on technology roles.
• Proven ability to recruit for niche, in-demand tech positions.
• In-depth knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and platforms.
• Strong remote communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems and digital sourcing.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technology roles (software development, data science, cybersecurity, cloud).
• Develop and implement remote-first sourcing strategies using digital channels and networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through virtual communication.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments for technical proficiency and cultural fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer and onboarding remotely.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and global tech talent.
• Achieve and exceed performance metrics and client satisfaction in a remote setting.
• Collaborate with remote team members and stakeholders using digital tools.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client data in the CRM/ATS.
