Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Specialist with a focus on Talent Acquisition to lead remote recruitment across departments. You will own the full lifecycle from understanding hiring needs to offers, ensuring a smooth candidate journey and strong pipelines.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years in recruitment, solid sourcing skills, and proficiency with HRIS/ATS. Remote-first setup supports collaboration with hiring managers and a fast-paced virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven experience using various sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
• Understanding of employment law related to recruitment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice.
• Conduct behavioral and situational interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases and leverage HRIS for recruitment tracking.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our attractiveness to potential hires.
• Stay updated on recruitment best practices and market trends.
• Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
