Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years in talent acquisition, remote setting preferred.
• Proven sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment with strong candidate experience.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct pre-screening and in-depth interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Utilize ATS to manage pipelines and data.
• Extend offers and negotiate terms of employment.
• Support employer branding and onboarding.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.
