Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in talent acquisition, a Bachelor’s degree, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and the ability to partner with hiring managers across time zones. Proficiency with HRIS and recruitment platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Experience with remote or tech-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for various roles.
