Placements24 is hiring a Remote Recruitment Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse clients from a home office. You will source, screen, interview and coordinate offers in a fully remote setup, collaborating with hiring managers across national and international client portfolios.

The role requires at least 3 years in recruitment, strong communication, experience with ATS and video conferencing tools, and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in recruitment across full lifecycle.
• Proven remote work experience managing recruitment for remote teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for virtual interactions.
• Experience with ATS platforms and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from posting to offer.
• Source candidates via online channels and social/professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, assess qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews using virtual meeting platforms.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS.
• Provide positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs and progress updates.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Stay informed on remote recruitment trends.
