Qualifications

• Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and create recruitment plans.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and ATS records.
