Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on Talent Acquisition to join our fully remote team. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and provide HR support from your home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years HR experience with strong focus on talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Proven experience managing full recruitment lifecycle and interview processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from job posting to interviews and offers.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Work with hiring managers to translate staffing needs into hires.
• Oversee onboarding for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
• Assist with HR generalist duties, policy implementation and employee inquiries.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and HRIS.
• Support HR projects and employer branding initiatives.
• Promote the company as an employer of choice to attract top talent.
