You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing through onboarding—while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Strong communication, interviewing, and ATS proficiency are essential, with remote-work flexibility offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven success in sourcing passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networks, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from contact to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide recruitment advice.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize ATS to track progress and manage data.
