The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 3+ years in recruitment, and strong sourcing and interviewing skills for a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to source candidates using various methods.
• Experience conducting behavioral and situational interviews.
• Excellent organizational and multi-requisition management skills.
• Strong communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for various positions.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networks to identify passive and active candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Extend job offers and manage pre-employment screening and onboarding.
