Placements24 is seeking a Remote HR Specialist focused on Talent Acquisition. You will manage end-to-end recruiting, craft compelling job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and extend offers in a remote-first environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of remote recruiting experience, strong communication, negotiation, and knowledge of ATS platforms. You will partner with hiring managers globally to build a diverse, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven talent acquisition/recruiting experience, remote preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process across roles.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
• Conduct pre-screening and in-depth interviews to assess fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Utilize ATS to manage pipelines and data.
• Extend offers and negotiate terms of employment.
• Contribute to employer branding to improve appeal.
