Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment assignments aligned with client requirements.
• Develop and post engaging vacancy advertisements.
• Source candidates through various recruitment platforms and networks.
• Screen CVs and assist with shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment schedules.
• Engage and communicate effectively with candidates.
• Coordinate assessments, references, and background verifications.
• Maintain accurate talent databases, records, and recruitment reports.
