This is a fully remote role, but requires availability during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

The Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on sourcing, engaging, and placing senior-level and executive candidates. This role requires a proven track record in executive search, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from strategy to placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with clients to understand executive hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Source, attract, and engage high-caliber executive candidates through networking, headhunting, and advanced search techniques
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for senior leadership roles
• Manage candidate relationships and provide regular updates throughout the process
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate feedback between clients and candidates
• Support clients with market insights and salary benchmarking for executive-level positions
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment
• Strong track record placing executives (C-level, VP, Director roles) across industries
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills; able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Proficient in sourcing tools, databases, and professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Must be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Availability to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours is required
