Placements24 is seeking a high-caliber Key Account Manager to join their fully remote sales force in South Africa. You will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, understand complex business needs, and drive adoption of our software suite while ensuring long-term success and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise account management in SaaS, proven ability to influence C-level executives, and strong skills in CRM and deal negotiations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise account management, sales, or customer success in SaaS or software.
• Proven track record in managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts.
• Ability to engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans to ensure retention and expansion.
• Serve as liaison between clients and internal teams (support, product, development).
• Articulate value propositions and drive adoption of software solutions.
• Negotiate renewals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide accurate forecasting and revenue projections.
