Placements24 is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to lead a remote SaaS portfolio. You will be the primary contact for high‑value clients and drive adoption, retention, and expansion across their accounts.

This remote-first role requires a strong track record in SaaS sales, exceptional relationship skills, and the ability to work independently in a distributed team environment. Durban familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success or Sales within SaaS preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise accounts.
• Strong relationship skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Clear understanding of SaaS business models and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
• Comfort with remote work and self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level clients as their main contact.
• Develop strategic account plans to drive adoption, satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling SaaS solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value and outcomes.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
• Collaborate with support, product and sales teams to ensure client success.
• Address client issues promptly and effectively.
• Monitor health of accounts and mitigate churn risks proactively.
• Relay client insights to product for feedback and improvements.
