Placements24 is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue from enterprise-level accounts across industries in a remote-first setup in South Africa.

You will manage full sales cycles, build relationships with C-level executives, conduct product demos, and collaborate with pre-sales and marketing to deliver tailored solutions. A track record of exceeding quotas and strong consultative selling is required.

Formación

• 5-7 years of proven enterprise B2B sales experience selling complex technology solutions.
• Track record of exceeding quotas with consultative selling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with C-level executives.
• Residency and legal right to work in South Africa.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/tech-related field.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and qualify enterprise sales opportunities through prospecting and market intelligence.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target accounts.
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver solutions.
• Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain CRM records.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive movements.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.
