Placements24 is seeking an experienced Account Manager for enterprise sales in the Pretoria, Gauteng region. You will manage large enterprise accounts, develop strategic plans, and drive revenue growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

This fully remote role requires a proven track record in enterprise sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise account management or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing large enterprise client accounts.
• Excellent understanding of the sales cycle and enterprise solutions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute account management plans to maximize revenue and growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen client engagement and revenue streams.
• Collaborate with internal pre-sales, support, and product teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify future needs.
