Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is a strong asset.
• 6+ years of experience in project management with a focus on software development.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the SDLC, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of software projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA testers, and designers in a fully remote setting.
• Define project scope, objectives, technical requirements, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and manage resources effectively.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, proactively communicating potential issues.
• Facilitate regular stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
