The ideal candidate has 4+ years in project management within software development, a technical degree, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience with Agile processes and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and paradigms.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience managing projects in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Define scope, objectives, technical requirements, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies with proactive solutions.
• Communicate project status to technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure code quality and timely release of software products.
