Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead remote software development initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams through the full SDLC, ensuring on-time, in-scope, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in PM with 5+ in software, strong Agile/Scrum expertise, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A PMP/CSM is preferred for this highly collaborative, fully remote role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, 5+ years in software development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects using Agile methodologies.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgets with efficient allocation.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with development teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels.
• Oversee DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, QA processes, and release management.
