Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in Software Development to lead multiple complex software initiatives in a fully remote team. You will guide delivery from concept to launch, manage cross-functional groups, and align projects with strategic goals in a virtual environment.
You bring 8+ years in project management for software, strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban), and fluency with Jira/Confluence. PMP or CSM is preferred.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in software development.
- Proven experience with agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent leadership and remote team management skills.
- PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software projects.
- Define scope, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders.
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks in a remote setting.
- Facilitate communication among development teams, product managers, stakeholders.
- Implement agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) to optimize processes.
- Ensure quality through testing and deployment strategies.
