Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Technical Project Manager to drive innovative software projects with a globally distributed team.

You will own project timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones, collaborating with technical leads, product managers, and stakeholders.

This role requires 7+ years of PM experience, a strong SDLC/Agile background, and excellent leadership and communication skills for a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management with a focus on software development and technical projects.
• Proven experience managing projects in a fully remote work environment.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent technical background enabling comprehension of complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects from initiation to closure in a remote setting.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with technical leads and stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for distributed teams.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products and technical solutions.
